We are proud to service daily over 22 local private day care centers and private schools in central New Jersey, while providing a most healthy school lunch program; and always ready for the children’s special birthday needs, family catering requirements, or more.

As important are our daily “GROWN UP” customers awarding us daily with special catering requirements and special events at THE KITCHEN or OFF PREMISES

Catering Solutions’ Principals


Rebecca Hassouna
Originally from Bound Brook, New Jersey and having attended Penn State University to receive a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, she began her career at the 5 Diamond Hilton at Short Hills, NJ.  Since then she has worked as a banquet manager, convention services manager, and sales manager at the Hilton East Brunswick, Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, Grove Isle Resort in Miami, and the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Los Angeles.  For the past 10 years she has been a meeting and event planner associated with ConferenceDirect®  a worldwide provider of outsourced meeting planning solutions.  Rebecca spends most of her spare time with the Bridgewater MOM’s Club and local community.  In  short, Rebecca is a busy bee taking care of her two young girls and managing the human resources of their three year old business, and a large part of  Catering Solutions’ operation. In addition Rebecca is a fine baker and well known for her specialty cakes and sweets. 


Kim I. Hassouna
Raised in Germany, Kim was educated and trained at the Hotel Management
School in Hamburg-Neustadt, Germany.  He worked with Kempinski Hotels prior to coming to the U.S. to attend The Hotel Management School, Center for Professional Development at Cornell University.   During his 30 years in the hospitality industry he has held a wide range of executive positions with multiple fine hotels including The Essex House Hotel in Manhattan, The Rye Town Hilton, Garden City Hotel, The Hilton Short Hills, Hiltons East Brunswick, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh, Sandals Resorts International, Universal Studios Hollywood, and the St. Regis Los Angeles.  Most recently he managed the off-premises catering division for Abigail Kirsch in New York City.  As an accomplished executive and chef in the food and beverage arena he now offers his creativity, attention to detail and hospitality to Somerset County and beyond.
